Explaining ClassPass concisely to new trialers and users
In practice, ClassPass is an intuitive product to interact with, but actually explaining the credit system, monthly membership, and highlighting all the functionality is a challenge. With the influx of users that trial ClassPass in the new year and increasing views to our Instagram page, we wanted to make our best attempt to convert them into subscribers by explaining the product as a story highlight. I collaborated with a copywriter to develop the content for this video and then illustrated and storyboarded (below) our script before working with an animator to bring it to life.
